Mark E. Lines

“Early in his legal career, Mark Lines began focusing on community association law.  He has represented planned communities, condominiums, office condos and timeshare clients throughout Arizona.  Mr. Lines representation includes all aspects of community association law, including insurance defense, assessment collection, lien foreclosure, violation enforcement and appearances in court municipal proceedings, county justice courts, Superior Court, federal bankruptcy court and the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lines is frequently invited to speak on community association law to various audiences and has instructed several continuing education seminars on community association law to Arizona lawyers and practitioners, both locally and nationally. He is also a contributing author of course work materials utilized in professional certification for community association managers with the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), of which he is an active member. Mr. Lines is also actively involved in sponsoring and presenting at educational functions put on by The Leadership Centre in Arizona. Additionally, he is a member of the Central Arizona chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI), a professional organization dedicated to serving and educating property managers and board members. Mr. Lines was distinguished the The Leadership Centre with its “Instructor of the Year” award for 2008-2009 for his volunteer efforts teaching “HOA 101″ and “Legal Aspects” courses. In August, 2010, Mr. Lines was admitted as a member of the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers, a professional designation of CAI’s national organization. Of the thousands of attorneys practicing community association law in the United States, fewer than 150 have been granted membership in the College since its inception in 1993.

Mr. Lines graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University. He later received his Juris Doctorate from the Arizona State University College of Law. Mr. Lines is licensed to practice law before the State Supreme Court of Arizona, including all Arizona state courts, and the United States District Court of Arizona.”
