Kevin began his career in Real Estate in 1997 by studying at the very company for which he now teaches Continuing Education, the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.  After only two years in the industry, Kevin became the owner/manager of Powerhouse Realty in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Since 1999, Powerhouse Realty has grown into a company of highly trained Realtors who represent clients with the purchase and sales of single family residences, income properties, relocation and rentals.   They have agents valley-wide specializing in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Cave Creek, Glendale, and Peoria as well as Yuma.
